  • Teddy bear stuffer can be handled with polyester fiber material and other soft stuffing material and fill into plush toys, cushions and sleeping pillow etc. The material must be opened before stuffing. The machine is assembled with one mini fiber feeding machine which is used to suck the opened fiber material and sent it into the main part automatically through a PVC pipe. There should be one air compressor to provide the air pressure to the main stuffer, so that the material can be blow out and stuff into the toy skins easily. The whole processing is adjusted by electricity foot switch which is very high capacity about 150-180kg per hour. It can be about 50 operator¡¯s hand working quantity. According to the different size of the teddy bear the stuffing nozzle can be flexible and changeable.
