    . Our company is the new hi-tech enterprise in Zhejiang Province, which is one of the largest factory in China specially producing precision screws, barrels and cylinders, it was entitled "Provincial Outstanding Private Enterprise", "Excellent Quality Control Enterprise" and "Technical Center in Plastic Machinery in Zhoushan". The company introduced the Weingartner Rotomill whirling & milling machine and polishing machine from Austria. And adopted Mazak multi-task machines and equipment for bimetallic barrels from Japan. The company adopted advanced computerized control nitrification furnace and multi-functional constant temperature quenching furnace. The monitoring system is set up in the plant, by utilizing the computer control system, the functioning status could be remote controlled. There is CNC screw processing center, 10-meter deep hole miller, advanced equipment like computerized grinding machine, etc. The company sets up the only cylinder, screw quality testing center among the same trade in Zhoushan city,which should assume the legal responsibilities, that is, Quality Inspection Center of Cylinders & Screws in Zhejiang province. The company has the right to export directly,the products are very popular in more than 20 countries and regions, With ISO 9001: 2000 quality management system certification ,we pledge to offer finer product quality and better service to our customers.
