  • Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Uses: Stainless steel wire mesh and stainless steel wire cloth products are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, environment protection, mine, airspace, paper-making,electronic, metallurgy etc. Special size and specification are available according to customers' requirement. Stainless Steel Square Wire Mesh Sizes: Standard roll width of stainless steel square wire mesh: 1m to 48" Standard roll length of stainless steel square wire mesh: 30m to 100" Aocheng uses stainless steel wire drawn by itself in producing of Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh products. Stainless steel wire mesh offers excellent resistance against acid, alkali, heat and corrosion, finds extensive uses in processing of oils, chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, also sorting and screening of solid, liquid and gas in mine, metallurgy, airspace, machine making, etc. Weaving Pattern: Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Square Opening can be divided into Plain Weave and Twill Weave according to difference of weaving types. Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Plain Weave is the most commonly used weave. Each warp wire crosses alternately above and below each weft wire. Warp and weft wires generally have the same diameter. Twill Weave Stainless Steel Wire Mesh is made by each weft wire passing alternately over two, and then under two successive warp wires and each warp wire passing alternately over two and under two successive weft wires. It is possible to be used to allow a heavier than standard wire diameter. Aocheng produces Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Square Opening in different wire materials according to customers uses, mainly SUS304, SUS304L, 316 and 316L. Materials of Stainless Steel Wire Mesh: Material for weaving stainless steel wire mesh ( wire cloth ) is divided into Type 304, Type 304 L, Type 316 and Type 316 L. Type 304 is often referred to as "18-8" ( 18% chromium, 8% nickel ) with the basic stainless alloy mostly commonly, utilized for wire cloth weaving. It withstands outdoor exposure without rusting and resists oxidation at an elevated temperature up to 1400 Degrees Fahrenheit. Type 304 L is very similar to T-304, the difference being the reduced carbon content for better weaving and secondary welding characteristics.
