(9) BUYER opens the Letter of Credit within five (5) banking days of receipt of POP (10) SELLER opens Bank Performance Bond Guarantee (PBG) 2% of LC amount within five (5) banking days of receipt of LC , making the LC operative. (11) Site visit/port of delivery visit by the buyer on his own cost is permitted after signing FCO and Form MT-705, before operative LC. (12) SGS inspection cost is to the Seller?s account. (13) Transferable LC preferred, Non-Transferrable LC is also accepted with $3 increased in cost of goods/mt. (14) Delivery then proceeds as contracted. *This offer is valid for 7 days only.
