  • Cold wrap tape/Cold applied tape/Inner wrap tape/Outer wrap tape/joint wrap tape: Polyethylene tape for anticorrosion & Primer/inner tape, outer tape, joint tape: The high quality anticorrosion conting systems of polyethylene tape for pipelines of any diameter for petroleum, natural gas, water supply, city gas, oil and electric power industries etc. The product quality enforce the AWWA C 214 standard of America and SY/T 0414 standard of China. Anticorrosion conting systems are formed by the best combination of primer, inner wrap tape(anticorrosion coating tapes) and outer wrap tape(mechanical coating tapes). The tape as consists of two parts: 1. Adhesive: Inner layer of Butyl rubber. 2. Backing: Outer layer of Polyethylene(PE) Plastic. Specification of tape: Inner wrap tape: T140£şThickness:0.40mm; T150£şThickness:0.50mm; T180£şThickness:0.80mm. Outer wrap tape: T240£şThickness:0.40mm; T255£şThickness:0.55mm; T280£şThickness:0.80mm. Joint wrap tape: T360£şThickness:0. 60mm; T380£şThickness:0.80mm. All Width be 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, 230mm. Primer: P19: Solid content 19%; P27: Solid content 27%.
