  • Product name: Pyromellitic Dianhydride (PMDA) CAS No: 89-32-7 Chemical Molecular: C10H2O6 Molecular Weight: 218.12 Properties: It is white to slight yellow crystalline powder, melting point: 284-288¡æ, Boiling point: 397-400¡æ, specific gravity: 1.68 g/cm3. It is easily soluble in dimethyl sulfoxide, dimethylformamide, acetone, methyl isobutyl ketone, acetic ether, but not soluble in chloroform, diethyl ether and benzene. When it is placed in the moist air, moisture would be quickly absorbed and it is hydrolyzed into 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid.
