  • AGAVE HONEY Is a natural fructose sweetener extracted from Mexico's agave plant. Traditionally, the indigenous people of Mexico gathered the sweet juice, "aguamiel", from various varieties of agave. They also used it as a sweetener and for special celebratory beverages. Some agave contains a high level of polyfructose or inulin. A gentle enzymatic process has been developed which transforms the polyfructose into a simple fructose and dextrose syrup, a pure natural sweetener called agave honey. The agave honey is 100% natural that contains fructose up to 86% such as many other properties and minerals like iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, and much more. The fructose is an excellent sweeten and some of the best in all over the market. This kind of simple sugar do not requires insuline in theire first fases for being metabolized, that is why is well recommended for use and consumtion for diabetics. The power of the sweeten is about 130% in comparision with a sacarose (in same portions) and it has a dietetic value.
