  • 1. Two-shed plain woven fabric It possesses excellent mechanical property and stable dimension, easy to clean and well endures the external mechanical damage. It is mainly used on long-net paper machine as pulping mesh and in special works. 2. Three-shed single layer fabric It is applicable for low speed paper machine to make kraft wrapping and liner board. 3. Four-shed single layer fabric It is a standard type of polyester forming fabric for paper making. It is the most widely used fabric in that it is applicable for making newsprint, offset printing paper, supercalendered printing paper, liner board, semi-chemical corrugated paper, etc. 4. Five-shed single layer fabric It is of good wear-resisting property, fine dewatering property, high retention of fiber, uniform mesh, light weight and long lifespan. It is applicable for making cigarette paper and tissue paper. 5. Seven-shed double layer fabric It is of good wear-resisting property, high dimensional stability, retention of fiber and rather long lifespan. It is applicable for making supercalendered printing paper, offset printing paper and LWC paper; therefore, it is the ideal mesh for modern high speed machines. 6. Eight-shed double layer fabric It is applicable for making high-grade printing paper£¬tissue paper, the starch glue and foil glue of board paper, etc. 7. Sixteen-shed double and a half layer fabric It is applicable for making high-grade printing paper£¬tissue paper, the starch glue ,foil glue and end glue of board paper, etc. 8. Eight-shed single layer fabric It possesses the best wear-resisting property among single layer fabrics. It is of long lifespan and deep net print , being used for making sack paper, kraft paper, liner board, corrugated paper, etc.
