The dual stage pull valve will open under part throttle light boost.and vent through the first small port creating a high pitch whistle, at higher boost full throttle, the 1 st port opens the 2nd port amd will creat the lound PPPPSSSSHHHH sound , This BOV-12is one of the most recognized blow off valve they ever made.
