  • HD-10 Silane CnH2n+1Si(OCH3)3 Introduction HD-10 is a long-chain alkyl silane. It is easy to be dissolved in ordinary organic solvent, e.g. hydrocarbon, ether , ketone, etc. It is easy to be hydrolyzed and condensed, generate polysiloxane. Typical Physical Properties ___________________________________________ Color and Appearance Colorless to yellowish transparent liquid Density25/25¡æ 0.8870-0.8910 Boiling Point 118¡æ ¡¾1.7mmHg¡¿ Refractive Index 1.300+/-0.005¡¾25¡æ Min.Purity Min 90.0% __________________________________________________________ Applications ¡ñ Coupling Agent Mainly be used to deal with inorganic materials, e.g. glass, silica-Al2O3, Kaolin, pottery and porcelain, mica, SiC, talcum powder etc., in order to improve the property of blending with organic matter and water-proof, enhancing the mechanical property of the products. ¡ñ Fog-proof Preparation of Glass 1. Protect blank glass and coated glass (optical antireflex coating, vacuum antireflex coating, reflective coating) 2.
