  • OptonTech UV oil is a key of high quality LGP manufacturing, it utilize nano-particle to scatter the light with large angle, break the total internal reflection condition. Using of such UV oil can make bright and uniform LGP. Due to it's anti-UV degradation property , UV oil has good environment reliability, it maintain the same optical transparence for 10-15 years under intensive light illumination. The conventionally printed scattering dot of LGP is made by instant drying oil, it's polymer chain will break under intensive and long time illumination of short wavelength light ( especially UV light), The resin of the dot then further react chemically, result in yellowish, decrease the transparence and optical spectrum of LGP. At other hand, the UV light will cause the UV resin to polymerization further, not break it, thus UV resin have nice environment reliability, this is one of the reason we choice UV printed dots for our LGP. OptonTech UV oil have strong adhesive strength to PMMA also, it can last 15-20 years without observable degradation. In Summary, UV oil has the following benefit compare to instant drying oil: 1. Instant curing, result in high production capability; 2. No volatile dissolvent, no corrasion to printing material; No pollute to environment and of most important, no harm to human body; 3. UV Oil don't block silk screen, thus high resolution silk screen can be used to print the high quality dot; 4. Nice consistency with time; 5. Don't dry without intensive UV light illumination, no bad odor ; 6. Curing time is short, require small space for UV curing equipment.
