    Established in september 2006, located on the 300 mu of new land acquisition of Industrial Park in Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu WH Petroleum Pipe Ltd., Co. mainly proceeds with heat treatment, crack detection, hydraulic pressure, beveling groove, painting, threading, and developing new products. Newly built production lines of heat treatment of hot-rolling seamless pipes and threading of petroleum casing pipe. The whole lines including one heat treatment line,two threading and off-line coupling lines. The heat treatment line can yearly handle 100,000 tons pipes in OD ranging 60.3 ¡«273mm, wall thickness ranging 4.24¡«28mm, and lenghth ranging 8.0¡«12.5m., the annual utmost capacity of which is 120 ,000 tons.Trial-production is expected to begin at early september, with annual production capacity of two threading lines achiving 60,000 tons of oil pipes and casing pipes in OD ranging 60.3¡«339.7mm, wall thickness ranging 4.24¡«28mm, length ranging 6.0¡«12.5m , and of coupling processing line achiving 6,000 tons coupling in OD ranging 89.0¡«365.1mm, wall thickness ranging 12¡«22mm, length ranging 6.0¡«12.5m of oil pipes and casing pipes. Products range : All products involved in the standards of API SPEC 5CT,API SPEC 5B,API SPEC 5L. Main grades: Petroleum casing pipe: J55¡¢K55¡¢N80¡¢L80¡¢P110¡¢Q125 line pipe: B¡¢X46¡¢X50¡¢X56¡¢X65¡¢X70 The new equipment is first-class and advanced in our courtry, and the seamless pipes produced can attain or advance the technological indexes required in the standards. ...
