  • Haida" industrial aluminum extruded profiles are widely applied in subway, expressway, shipping container, freeze elevator, yacht, electronic equipment, communicating products, etc. Our company has an asset of RMB 200 million and has become a large aluminum-processing base with equipment modernization, production automation, management scientificity. We have a complete producing set that integrates casting, extrusion, anodizing, powder spraying, fluorine and carbon spraying, insulation, mould and industrial processing, etc. Our main equippment are: 4 smelting furnaces, 1 heat handling furnace, 2 casting machines of the same level, 12 extrusion machines of between 660 and 3600 UST(from Taiwan), 3 anodizing lines(from Taiwan), 3 powder spraying lines(Swiss spray gun), 1 fluorine and carbon spraying line(French spraying gun), 2 insulating lines(Italy), more than 40 mould processing facilities, 2 surface treating machines, 2 aluminum modifying machines, more than 10 inspection facilities such as electronic spectrum analysis instrument(Germany) and so on. Our ability for processing any kind of doors, windows, industrial aluminum has reached 50,000 ton per year, especially our processing level of industrial aluminum leads up in this trade. New products' development is shining into every field of industry. Our company now has about 50 technicians.
